Packing and Unpacking
During the packing and unpacking process, attention to detail is essential to ensure the move is successful. Although the process may appear to be simple, having the right equipment at the right time is critical to ensure there is no interruption in your business.
The H.M.S. Process:
Assess
Assess the inventory that will be relocated.
Identify
Identify and provide the customized packing supplies and equipment to ensure the items arrive undamaged. We use high quality boxes and bubble wrap to safeguard your items.
Label
Each item is labeled with a “location number or individual name” to be moved to a designated area.
Disassembly
All office furniture will be disassembled if necessary and reassembled at the new designation.
Validation
Our quality control process validates that what was identified to be relocated was executed as planned.
Delivery and Set-Up
As the final step in the delivery and the set-up process, all boxes and crates are removed to complete the relocation.
