Project Manager
We will assign a dedicated, highly skilled, and experienced Project Manager who will help create a detailed plan. You can count on your P.M. to be responsive and available to you. Their hours of operation are your hours of operation. The P.M. will meet with each department head/end user to ensure that all of your business requirements are met.
Project Plan
We will complete a Project Plan that encompasses the client’s timelines and other particulars of the move. We will create and execute a cost-effective plan to complete your project on time and within budget.
Communications Strategy
We provide clear communication to ensure that all parties have updated, timely, and accurate information. The business should notify all employees, clients, and stakeholders about the move, including timelines and how it may affect them. Our goal is to ensure that joint objectives are clear and all relevant parties are informed to execute the project as planned.
IT and Infrastructure
Moving IT infrastructure is a critical aspect of a commercial move. After clients have ensured that data is backed up, we provide services to disconnect, safely transport and reconnect your equipment to resume operations. We remain flexible and adaptable as needed to accommodate changes in the plan as needed.
Post Move Setup and Adjustment
Once the physical move is complete, we make sure the move is a “smooth set”, meaning we make sure everything is placed as needed, your employees are comfortable with the placement and that you are set up, functional and on time.
Post Move Evaluation
We aim to improve our processes throughout each move; therefore, we evaluate what went well and what could be improved. Client feedback is essential to our growth and development.
